| The mood and the organization are of great importance for our Community not just because the Christian faith is community faith but also because Faith and Justice is a Communities’ Association.
We consider the democratical prodecures to be essential for every organization. We are a Community formed and governed by laymen and laywomen and set up under the principles of equality and freedom for all of us. We enforce the co-responsibility of all of us.We choose a flexible organization which facilitates our civic action, enforces the communication among the people and encourages both mutual aid and goods’ communication.
We have regular meetings in little groups and throughout the year we have some meetings for the whole Community (retreats, celebrations, debates, etc).
We have statutes (*Estatutos), other kind of documents, and human and material resources in order to organize our community. All of this is the result of thinkings and contrasting experiences over our social and ecclesiastic identity (*Ideario), our commitment with the world (*Opción por los pobres, *Compromiso político), the process of entrance into the community (*Catecumenado), over the use of money and the economic sharing among us and with the outside world (*Ayuda al exterior), over the authority and its exercise in the community, over the education of our children, etc.
Even if the community organization seems to be peripheric, it is very important for the good working of the Association and for bringing about our ideology both personally and in community. Only this way we will be able to be a free area and a model of the new society (*Ideario 11).
